User Policy

This policy explains the rights, responsibilities, and expected conduct of every user (citizen) of the CitizenBD platform.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, or be represented by a parent or legal guardian, and must provide accurate identification information.
2. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and one-time passwords. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately.
3. Accurate Information
All information and documents submitted through CitizenBD must be true, current, and belong to the applicant. Submitting false or forged documents may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use CitizenBD to harass others, submit fraudulent applications, misuse the support channels, or attempt to interfere with the security of the platform.
5. Communication
By creating an account, users agree to receive service-related notifications through in-app messages, email, and SMS. Marketing communications can be turned off from account settings.
6. Account Suspension
CitizenBD may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, the Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.
